Trisura is required to establish and comply with written complaint handling procedures for handling consumer complaints. All staff are required to be familiar with and comply with these procedures. This course is intended to refresh staff’s knowledge of Trisura’s Complaint Handling Procedures.

Consumer Complaint Handling Procedures is an interactive online training course that may be taken in the comfort of your own home or on the workplace computer system. Depending on your pace, it takes approximately 30 min to complete. You may progress through the online course at your own pace and may stop & start at any time. You are required to achieve a grade of 75% or higher in order to pass and are allowed 2 attempts to pass the Knowledge Assessment.  A certificate of completion may be printed or digital certificate downloaded at successful completion of the Knowledge Assessment.
